	For an individual offer please contact us by email or phone and tell us how many people you are and when you want to stay with us. If you want to stay at the Landhaus Alpenblick we´ll send you a contract which you sign and return to us.

	Please note: All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are invited to move in booked rooms starting at about 2-3 o´clock PM. We ask you to leave your rooms on day of departure until about 10 o´clock AM. Changes on demand. You don´t need to bring your towels for hands and bathing and fresh linen. In case you want to receive your postal services from home, please inform your post office with our address and the additional “guest at:” note. We recommend an insurance for withdrawing your travel.
